How to store dried fruits

Mixella prints the same storage line on the dried fruit packs: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. That sentence is the instruction. A longer official line, if the pack has one, replaces this page.

At home

• Keep the pack closed after you open it.
• A dry cupboard is a better spot than a sunny window or a damp place by the sink.
• Gift boxes use the same line: cool, dry, out of direct sun.
• Do not move fruit into an unmarked jar and then forget which pack the storage line came from.
