1. Who We Are

Mixella is an Armenian brand operating from Armavir that offers chocolate dragees, dried fruits, and sweet sujukh through this website. When we refer to "we", "us" or "Mixella" in these terms, we mean the seller of the products. By "you" we mean the visitor or customer using the site.

2. Acceptance of These Terms

By using this website, submitting an enquiry, or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit an enquiry. We may update these terms from time to time; the latest version is always available on this page with the updated date.

3. Public Offer and Acceptance of an Order

Product listings on this website constitute a public offer by Mixella to enter into a sales contract on these terms. The bag on this site is an enquiry tool — not an immediate paid checkout. The contract is formed when:

• You submit a product enquiry (including bag contents) with accurate contact details, and
• We confirm acceptance of the order by email, phone, or another written channel Mixella uses.
• We may refuse or cancel an enquiry or order in cases of pricing or product errors, suspected fraud, payment failure after confirmation, or where we are unable to fulfil to the chosen address.

4. Products, Availability and Pricing

We do our best to keep product information, images, weights, and prices accurate, but small variations may occur:

• Product images are for illustration; actual color, shape, and presentation of natural dried fruits and chocolate snacks may vary.
• Listed weights are approximate; minor variations are normal for hand-packed products.
• Prices are listed in AMD by weight unless stated otherwise and may be confirmed when Mixella accepts your enquiry.
• If a product becomes unavailable after your enquiry, we will contact you and offer a replacement or cancel the affected items.

5. Orders, Payment and Confirmation

After Mixella accepts your enquiry, payment and fulfilment details are confirmed with you directly. We do not process card payments on this website today. Please review enquiry details carefully — incorrect contact information is a common cause of delay.

6. Delivery and Collection

Delivery or collection options are agreed when Mixella confirms your order. In summary:

• Fulfilment may be arranged from Armavir or through partners Mixella nominates for your location.
• Timeframes and any delivery fees are confirmed with your order acceptance.
• Risk of loss transfers when the order is handed to you or to the delivery partner we appoint; we remain responsible for choosing a reputable carrier and handling complaints.

7. Returns, Refunds and Complaints

Because we sell food products, returns of opened or properly delivered items are not accepted under RA law. We will, however, refund or replace orders in cases of damaged, incorrect, or undelivered products. Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue at [email protected] or by phone.

8. Use of the Website

When using this website, you agree to:

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by the law of the Republic of Armenia, our liability under or in connection with these terms is limited to the price paid for the affected order. We do not exclude or limit liability for things that cannot be excluded under RA law, including liability for intentional misconduct or gross negligence.

12. Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or failures in performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including strikes, natural disasters, war, civil unrest, infrastructure or carrier failures, or government acts. Where such events affect your order, we will contact you and agree on a new fulfilment date or arrange a refund where payment was already made.

13. Governing Law and Disputes

These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Armenia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms or your order will, where possible, be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If a resolution cannot be reached, the dispute will be referred to the competent courts of the Republic of Armenia.

14. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in our products, services, or legal requirements. The version in force at the time you submit an enquiry or place an order is the version that applies to that enquiry or order. The latest version is always available on this page with the updated date.
